Islamabad Desk: The Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has officially launched a new E-Learner’s Permit system, allowing citizens to apply for a learner’s driving license completely online — without visiting traffic offices.
The move aims to modernize public services, save citizens time, and reduce long queues at facilitation centers.
🚨 Authorities have also extended the deadline for obtaining a valid license to October 7, 2025. From October 8, strict action will be taken against those driving without a license — including arrests and vehicle impoundment.
