Rahim Yar Khan (Staff Report): Deputy Commissioner Khurram Pervaiz has declared Wednesday, October 1, 2025, a local holiday across the district on the occasion of the Urs of Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Fareed (R.A.).
According to the official notification issued by the DC’s office, the holiday will be observed within the revenue limits of Rahim Yar Khan district.
However, the announcement clarified that the order will not affect examination schedules of schools, boards, universities, or financial institutions, which will continue their activities as planned.
